Meta / Facebook Users: This page serves as Axelis's Data Deletion Instructions URL as required by Meta's platform policies. If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Axelis and wish to have your data deleted, use the request form below or follow the instructions in Section 3.

1. Overview & Your Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by Axelis (operated by Lost Boy Graphics). This right is recognized under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and is required by Meta's platform policies for apps and services that integrate with Facebook and Instagram.

When you delete your Axelis account or submit a data deletion request, we will permanently delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days, subject to the exceptions described in Section 7 of this policy.

Data deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you believe you may want to access your data in the future, we recommend exporting it first. See Section 8 of our Privacy Policy for information on your data portability rights.

2. What Gets Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we permanently delete the following categories of data:

Account Profile Data

Name, email address, profile photo, business information, onboarding data, and any other information you provided when creating your account.

Deleted

Conversation History

All messages exchanged with the Axelis AI assistant, including your prompts and all AI-generated responses.

Deleted

AI Memory & Preferences

All stored memories, facts, and personalization data you instructed the assistant to remember about you, your business, or your preferences.

Deleted

Connected Account Tokens

OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens for all connected third-party accounts (Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Suite, Spotify, and others).

Generated Content

AI-generated images, video files, written copy, ad creative, and other content stored in your Axelis account (content you have already downloaded or published is outside our control).

Scheduled Posts & Queues

Pending scheduled social media posts and any content queues associated with your account.

Usage Analytics

Individual-level usage event data linked to your account (feature interactions, session data, activity logs).

Anonymized

Billing Records

Transaction history, receipts, and payment records. Retained for 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations. Stripe manages payment card data separately.

Security & Compliance Logs

Authentication logs and security audit records may be retained for up to 90 days after account deletion for fraud prevention and security incident investigation purposes.

3. How to Submit a Deletion Request

You may request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:

Method 1: In-App Account Deletion (Recommended)

  1. Log in to your Axelis account at axelis.ai
  2. Navigate to SettingsAccountDanger Zone
  3. Click Delete My Account
  4. Read the confirmation dialog carefully — deletion is permanent
  5. Type "DELETE" to confirm and submit the request

Your account will be immediately deactivated and queued for permanent deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address.

Method 2: Email Request

Email elijahgreen@lostboygraphics.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your Axelis account
  • A statement that you are requesting deletion of all personal data
  • If requesting on behalf of a Meta/Facebook integration: the Facebook user ID or username associated with the connection

We will verify your identity before processing the request. We may ask you to confirm from your registered email address or provide additional identifying information.

Complete and submit the data deletion request form in Section 4. Submission of the form sends your request directly to our team via email.

4. Data Deletion Request Form

Complete the form below to submit a data deletion request. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. Submitting this form will open your email client with a pre-filled message — please send the email to complete your request.

Required only if you are requesting deletion of Meta-connected account data specifically. Find your Facebook User ID in Facebook settings under "Account → General".

5. Deletion Timeline

Once we receive and verify your deletion request, the following timeline applies:

Immediately upon verification
Your account is deactivated. You can no longer log in. All active sessions are invalidated. Scheduled posts are cancelled. Connected account OAuth tokens are revoked.
Within 3 business days
Confirmation email sent to your registered email address, including a unique deletion request reference number you can use to follow up.
Within 14 days
All conversation history, AI memory data, generated content, and profile data are permanently deleted from our primary database (Supabase).
Within 30 days
All remaining personal data is purged from any backup systems, caches, or secondary storage. Aggregate, anonymized analytics data may be retained. Legally required records (billing) are retained per retention schedules.
Within 90 days
Security audit logs associated with your account are permanently deleted (unless required for an active legal matter).

6. Confirmation Process

After we receive your deletion request:

  1. Identity Verification: We will verify that you are the account owner (or an authorized representative) by confirming your request from the email address associated with your account, or by requesting additional verification if necessary.
  2. Request Acknowledgment: We will send you a confirmation email within 3 business days acknowledging receipt of your request and providing a reference number (e.g., DEL-2026-XXXXX).
  3. Processing Notification: Once deletion is complete, we will send a final confirmation email stating that your data has been permanently deleted and identifying what, if anything, was retained (and why).
  4. Reference Number: Keep your reference number. If you have questions about the status of your request, email elijahgreen@lostboygraphics.com with your reference number in the subject line.

We aim to fully complete all deletion requests within 30 days of receiving and verifying the request. For particularly complex requests, we may require up to 45 days, and we will notify you if that is the case.

7. Exceptions & Retained Data

Certain data may be retained after a deletion request where we have a legal obligation or legitimate interest to do so:

  • Financial and billing records (transaction history, invoices, subscription records) are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with U.S. tax law and financial record-keeping requirements.
  • Legal hold data: If your account is subject to a litigation hold, government investigation, or other legal process, we may be required to retain relevant data until that matter is resolved. We will notify you when permitted by law.
  • Fraud prevention: Minimal identifying data (e.g., email address hash) may be retained in a restricted fraud prevention database to prevent re-registration in violation of our Terms (e.g., after a ban for Terms violations).
  • Security logs: Retained for up to 90 days for security incident investigation purposes.
  • Anonymized/aggregated analytics: Data that has been fully de-identified and aggregated (e.g., "X users used the scheduling feature in Q1 2026") is not considered personal data and may be retained indefinitely.

We will tell you in your final deletion confirmation email exactly what, if anything, was retained and the reason for retention.

8. Third-Party Platform Data

Deleting your Axelis account and data does not automatically delete data held by third-party platforms you connected. Content posted to social media (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) or files created in Google Drive through Axelis remain on those platforms and are subject to those platforms' own deletion processes.

To delete content from third-party platforms, you must contact those platforms or use their own deletion tools directly:

Deleting your Axelis account will revoke Axelis's access tokens for all connected accounts, meaning Axelis can no longer act on those accounts on your behalf. But the accounts themselves and any content already published remain with those platforms.
