Meta / Facebook Users: This page serves as Axelis's Data Deletion Instructions URL as required by Meta's platform policies. If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Axelis and wish to have your data deleted, use the request form below or follow the instructions in Section 3.
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by Axelis (operated by Lost Boy Graphics). This right is recognized under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and is required by Meta's platform policies for apps and services that integrate with Facebook and Instagram.
When you delete your Axelis account or submit a data deletion request, we will permanently delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days, subject to the exceptions described in Section 7 of this policy.
Data deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you believe you may want to access your data in the future, we recommend exporting it first. See Section 8 of our Privacy Policy for information on your data portability rights.
Upon a verified deletion request, we permanently delete the following categories of data:
Name, email address, profile photo, business information, onboarding data, and any other information you provided when creating your account.
All messages exchanged with the Axelis AI assistant, including your prompts and all AI-generated responses.
All stored memories, facts, and personalization data you instructed the assistant to remember about you, your business, or your preferences.
OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens for all connected third-party accounts (Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Suite, Spotify, and others).
AI-generated images, video files, written copy, ad creative, and other content stored in your Axelis account (content you have already downloaded or published is outside our control).
Pending scheduled social media posts and any content queues associated with your account.
Individual-level usage event data linked to your account (feature interactions, session data, activity logs).
Transaction history, receipts, and payment records. Retained for 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations. Stripe manages payment card data separately.
Authentication logs and security audit records may be retained for up to 90 days after account deletion for fraud prevention and security incident investigation purposes.
You may request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:
Your account will be immediately deactivated and queued for permanent deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address.

We will verify your identity before processing the request. We may ask you to confirm from your registered email address or provide additional identifying information.
Complete and submit the data deletion request form in Section 4. Submission of the form sends your request directly to our team via email.

After we receive your deletion request:
We aim to fully complete all deletion requests within 30 days of receiving and verifying the request. For particularly complex requests, we may require up to 45 days, and we will notify you if that is the case.
Certain data may be retained after a deletion request where we have a legal obligation or legitimate interest to do so:
We will tell you in your final deletion confirmation email exactly what, if anything, was retained and the reason for retention.
Deleting your Axelis account and data does not automatically delete data held by third-party platforms you connected. Content posted to social media (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) or files created in Google Drive through Axelis remain on those platforms and are subject to those platforms' own deletion processes.
To delete content from third-party platforms, you must contact those platforms or use their own deletion tools directly:

Deleting your Axelis account will revoke Axelis's access tokens for all connected accounts, meaning Axelis can no longer act on those accounts on your behalf. But the accounts themselves and any content already published remain with those platforms.
